And here we go with the couture... A few observations I'm sure you probably all know about but Dior will be showing at their ateliers on the Avenue Montaingne, Lacroix still showing?! This comes a little as a surprise! And Chanel will be showing in the evening I believe this to be a first in a while particularly when one considers the outdoorsy feel of the Grand Palais! I'm in great need of some great looks!

Excited for HC week, ^^ thanks for posting.

OooOOooo Lacroix ? Will it be his last ?

I'm excited to see what Karl does for Chanel. Will he continue his ultra-chic ultra-simple modest couture ? ? I do hope so!!

I'm really excited for Christian Dior, I hope that showing in their HQ will bring some real spirit of the house! Plus great that Chanel shows in Grand Palais again, I feel something great this time.

Chanel is July 7th!!? That's Four Weeks!! I can't wait that long!!!

yes, the first thing I saw. looking forward to see if that means something. I really want to see what happens at dior and givenchy. oh! I'm so excited for couture this season!

From NYMag.com's The Cut blog.

Last season, Gareth Pugh made his menswear debut with one of the best shows of the season. But this season he won't stage a separate spring 2010 show for menswear at Paris Men's Fashion Week, which runs from June 25 through June 28. His spokeswoman said the fall 2009 show was "a device to launch menswear" and Pugh's spring 2010 men's line will be shown alongside his women's line in October. Still, we're disappointed. Pugh's zombie-esque male models in their nail-encrusted, sea-urchin–like shirts and tight shredded pants deserve their own spotlight. With Yohji Yamamoto's show off the schedule, Paris Men's Week is now bereft of two amazing shows. Who will drop next?

Woo! SUPER Excited for Haute Coture! I hope Christian Dior is better than last season's Couture.
Also I cant wait for Givenchy and Elie Saab.

Valentino.....

Atelier Versace :woot:

Do you really expect anything from Dior though? I will definitely be surprised if dior gives us something above mediocre. Valentino, also a brand I have no hope.

I'm ready to be impressed by Chanel and Givenchy. Hopefully they will live up to my expectations.

Eeek can't wait for the men's shows!
Can't wait even more for the couture shows!
Looking forward to Chanel, Saab, and Givenchy.

I really can´t wait for another sensational Atelier Versace collection.
But also Valentino, Elie Saab, Chanel, Armani and Dior.
