Well it´s starting at Sep 5th, but the full schedule isn´t out yet.
But i found some fashion dates while the Fashion week.

September 5: Condé Nast presents Fashion Rocks
September 6: Jefferson Hack’s Another Magazine party
September 7: Calvin Klein’s 40th anniversary extravaganza
September 9: The third installment of Prada’s annual Fashion Week bash

Fashion Rocks will take place at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. It's actually taking place on September 5th, and I believe it will air a few days later on September 9th.
