then you'd be wrong my friend...there are many books on the subject...they were playing cbgb;s with the ramones back in the early days...the early music is a LOT grungier than the more produced stuff like 'call me' and 'heart of glass'...and it's just as good...

punk wasn't just about loud music and fast guitars...punk was largely about being a non-conformist...and debbie exemplifies that...she's a true original...
