Discussion: Should Making It in Fashion Be This Hard?

How dare he compared this woman to Lee? There is no doubt they were a match made in heaven.

I think about that time when designers sold their designs to deparment stores for mass market purpose and Cardin made fashion more affordable is what we called making fashion democratic, but not her way spending a lot of money to hype a brand selling expensive clothing is the so-called democratic American fashion narrative. She really had the mindset of elitism even coming from a working class background, which is something I never understand American people.
Oh man, I will never understand this attitude. Is she stupid? Can't she understand that her possible clients are those coastal elites she's talking about? Clueless woman. This type of people and their attitude are annoying. They want their anti capitalist street cred but also a seat at the bourgeois garden party. Lol If she really wanted to reach the masses, to make something democratic, she wouldn't be working sweat, blood and tears to get into the fashion world. A world designed for the wealthy.

I'll leave this video here for the fashion students on tfs.
