They will never top Spring 2005 but there are some cute pieces that their clientele will like. The prints are fine...
The safari suit is a bit predictable as a way to do this kind of collection. I would expect a twist... That part looks too much like costumes, a bit like what Melania wore.

A few opening looks were promising. Dolce&Gabbana with a theme? Wow! And then things happened like it has been for years, except no KOL or Millennial influencers. That’s a plus.

And somehow this show makes me think about D&G, not Dolce&Gabbana.

I’m not sure that will happen. It’s almost like this brand exist in a vacuum if what I heard is actually true that they are still selling quite well.

Their clothing and accessories are actually very nice in stores.

You know what...considering how disastrous and horrendous the previous 10-15-20 seasons have been, this one is one of their better ones relatively.

I really enjoy the tropicana/jungle pieces especially the silk ones and a handful of the animal prints (maybe 20%) of them. The LBDs have been done to death so could have done without those. And the animal prints in the traditional D&G silhouettes are pretty redundant too.

One my issue I have when watching the livestream is that there's too many models at any one time so you can't concentrate on one look. The camera keeps changing. They need to go back to the thinner runway with one model at a time.

Their clothes are can buy on Sales , practically in all sizes and in every online retailer and in their own online shop, so same in boutiques, bags and shoes same. But a lot of ppl are loving D&G.
I'm not a huge fan of D&G , not anymore, same similar collections and all this scandals are not working in their favor

Considering how atrocious things have been in recent years, I’d say this one is pretty decent. I wonder if their endless scandals influenced a tamer collection?

I feel bad for the models I recognize here. Not really the brand you want to be associated with anymore.
