Well, I think she looks normal at the Teen Vogue party, but she's wearing the wrong color face powder for her skin tone at the History of Violence premiere. That could be the reason.

her facial expressions are really limited. i think she should wear all the young, spunky clothes she can while she's young.. i mean, she can wear all those elegant, ralph lauren type of clothing even in her 60s! that's my philosophy. clothing should be age appropiate

Onscreen she has a variety of expressions depending on the character and the feelings, and the stuations involved. She does sometimes dress too old but a lot of the stuff she wears would not be appropriate on an older woman:

regardless of whether or not you likeall her outfits I would NOT want to see some of them on a 60 year old. Plus I think she seems to be ranching out from Ralph Lauren: she's worn Peter Som, Chanel, Oscar de la Renta, Luca Luca, and others to recent appearances.

BTW does anyone know who designed the Teen Vogue outfit?

I'm so sick of everyone saying so and so should dress their age. If they were to do that, they'd be walking about like Lindsay Lohan....so just get over it. So someone can be stylish on their own terms without any help from dumb stylists, OH NOES! So someone dresses like they have a mind! OH NOES!

^^I agree with you on the grey outfit but I do like the teen vogue one. But remember she's human! She's working on a movie and she probably doesn't have as much time to devte to studying outfits, fashion, beauty etc. I've read that people working on Posidon are working 12-15 hour days! I'd imagine she'd just get dresssed and go. Besides even the most stylish people in the world make an occasiona misstep. But I liked that the teen vogue outfit showed how she's branching out and experimenting with different looks.

Apparently Paris and her buddy Kimberly Stewart had been enjoying a few cocktails.

"Finally, ['Phantom of the Opera' star] Emmy Rossum gave up her table, saying: 'If Paris doesn't sit down soon she's going to fall into the pool.'" Crisis averted!

I personally like that she's not doing the trendy boho thing. Enough girls are doing that. Consistency is becoming underrated in fashion. She is consistently simple and elegant. Although the blazer jacket with a knee-length skirt is a little too mature for her.
