I really can't believe France and Sweden did this poorly, I thought those songs were among the best. Also liked Ukraine (who could resist it), Bulgaria and, yes, Serbia grew on me.

Anyway, this contest is getting weirder by the year, especially the voting

Oh the UK song was terrible, but so was Turkey's, and that did pretty well....

I voted for Sweden and Georgia. The serbia thing reminded me freakishly about an L word-episode, hahah.. I'd preferred Ukraine to win over Serbia, but hey.. No big deal

Serbia totally deserved the prize (I voted for them )
and in total I think this year Eurovision was not that bad at all
especially Finland's last show was amazing with the fire eaters etc.

I voted for Sweden. the Ark! but I liked Russia and well, Finland too. Winner is ok but not my favorite at all.

In the rest of Europe is Eurovision taken seriously? In the UK everyone thinks it is cheesy and wtches to see the crazy acts. But seeing as Serbia won and Ukraine didn't I was thinking maybe everyone else takes it seriously.

^well, there it was big thing every year. It is like honour to fight for your country even if we usually are so bad.. We gonna win it about every year still.

It's become an unfair battle where countries vote for their friends which enables the biggest idiots and worse entries ever to make it to the final. Or even worse, it doesn't let great songs through into the final such as Switzerland, Malta, Holland and Sweden this year. What a disgrace!

PS: Is anybody else put of by the fact that Israel is in this? Since when is Israel a European country

Israel belongs to EBU. I don't think it goes right along borders just more state of mind thing
