Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Eva Longoria was spotted at CBS Studios in New York City today (April 4).

The “Over Her Dead Body” babe gave an interview on “The Early Show” to plug her new cookbook titled “Eva’s Kitchen.”

In related news, Eva is executive producing a documentary about three migrant boys who work in the US fields called “Harvest.”

Longoria told press she “wants to be the voice of these children no one listens to. I’ve been helping people since I was little.”
