Oh dear god, just when I think the woman can't stoop any lower to get attention she shows up at Cannes wearing that dress. I don't know if she thinks wearing a dress that is open down to her navel and baring her breasts will bring her the same level of fame and attention that it did J-LO but i wouldn't be surprised.
