What do YOU do to stay in shape?

Work out...
Running
Spinning
Weight classes
And eat right..more whole foods
I splurge every now and again..but I still eat in moderation
:flower:

Elliptical
Bike
Walk
Weight train
Stepping machine
Just started running
Eat well

I treat myself now and then as well. Like last night I went out for dinner with a friend to a good Italian restaurant and had more than half a gourmet pizza. I'm gonna have the leftover slices right now!! It'll be my treat of the week. :D

I want to go to the gym again soon...I never know how to keep fit in the cold months hehe...in summer it's way easier ...but at the mom i started to go to a tennis club and play a lot of volleyball!

I run about 5 miles 3 times per week and bellydance.
And ofcourse I eat as healthy as possible and avoid too much sugar and saturated fats.

i run on my treadmill. it's a different time and distance each time. treadmill running can be better than regular running if you vary yourself and is less stresfull on joint (plus i get my movie watching time in, hehe). but my trwdmill has about 10 different programs which about every minute or so the speed, incline, or both changes so it's a well rounded run. my favorite is progressive hills.

I run three times a week for 45 minutes.
And I try to eat healthy (not skipping breakfast, no sugar, lots of fruit and vegetables).

Right now?

Oriental dance on Wednesday, Karate on most Fridays and the odd free weights at home.

That's it... used to do more.

I need to start eating breakfast, would probably help me!

I go to the gym (usually) about 3 times a week, 4 if I can. I walk on the treadmill, do some stairclimber or the bike. Then I do a little weights. I don't do much, and i'm not seeing much result, so i'll probably have to do more seeing as though my diets pretty healthy (minus the daily dessert. if you take away my sweeets i'll kill you.)

Jogging, pilates...
Tennis, long bike-rides...

Always stay active! :P

exercise 2-3 times/week including
Cardio:
treadmill or elliptical depending on my mood - 3 miles (1-2 times/week)
or one kickboxing lesson/wk (1 hr)
50-60 sit ups
a little weight training
stretching...this is critical.I hurt my knees before due to playing basketball and long jump, and then eventually a physical therapist helped me out.

I try to eat in moderation, but it is hard in the winter. I eat a lot at lunch but very little at dinner. That's the key. Weekend shopping burns lots of calories, too

I go to the gym and go running, sometimes I go to spin class. No white bread, pasta etc, no milk products. Works like a charm  I just went from being a vegetarian (since 8 years back) to eating meat which helped a lot, I got more defined muscles.

I walk to school in the morning and then I walk back home. It only takes about 15-20 mins but, oh well, at least it's something. :P

i go to gym 3-4 times a week
run 45 min
bike or stepper 15min
then weights and exercise ball

have to be careful with treadmill i got shin splints a little while ago from running on the treadmill on an incline. so i have to keep it flat and just be a little more cautious but wont let it stop me.

i work out 6 days a week (at least) and i've just started in addition to an hour of cardio at the gym in the morning, running 4 miles at night, and every other night doing an ab training dvd (its fun!) I also just got the most beautiful bike so i want to start riding, and maybe going up to the mountains... got a new stella by adidas swim suit as well... need to take up swimming again. And i eat a well balanced vegetarian diet, lots of water and fiber etc.

i run laps every day after school (less than a mile though i dont have the endurance!) and do cheerleading

dance around the house in the company of such energetic people like prince, cyndi lauper, duran duran...
:buzz:

I don't have time for the gym..but I go by bike to work and home..taking the stairs all the time..no pasta..no late dinners (just once a week..in Italy we eat really late..around 11 at night..and afterwards is so nice to go to bed..)porridge for breakfast...salad for lunch...a lot of water and herbal teas..

I ride 1 to 2 horses (mine and others), 5 to 6 days a week. After riding for 11 years now, I've kind of fallen into a rut about that being my main form of exercise.
And then other than racing across campus (I'm a university student) - that's about it  . I'd love to get a gym membership but I just don't have the time. I'm definitely don't want to drop any weight, and I'm happy with most of my body, though I'd like a bit better stomach - guess it's sit-up time!

And diet wise: I've been a vegetarian for the last 8 years and cut out any sort of greasy foods (fries, chips etc) back then too. And recently I've decided to completely cut out any form of chocolate. So far, so good!
