Handbags : Yay or Nay?

YAY - though I think it would be an absolute (for spring) if it were in another color besides black. Still, a YAY :flower:

This is more of a "This or That". I can't decide between Alexander Wang Donna or PS1. I want a bag that I can use day to day and for going out at night. I love both, but I feel the PS1 is too 'professional/school' looking. Which one should I go with?

This is like Sophie's Choice! Or maybe something less dated and overdramatic?

I honestly love both, but after trying to get in and out of the PS1 in person, my vote goes to the Donna!

Ives - I don't know if you selected one or not, but I would definitely go with the PS1! It's way more timeless and versatile. I have the Donna and I'm already beginning to tire of it after only having it for less than 6 months. If you can swing it, the PS1 is the way to go!

Stella McCartney Canvas tote bag

img-thing

(Beige canvas tote bag with gold-tone chain. Stella McCartney bag has chain trim, handles and strap, designer-embossed tag, magnetic snap-fastening, inner designer-stamped patch pocket and is fully lined. Designer color: tobacco.)

^ Slight nay. I don't think the canvass texture meshes well with the gold lining.

KatIn Boots - rather nay , I'm not sure these gold chains...

NAY from me too. My problem is not with the chains but more the overall look of it  Looks more like a paltry, hand-made purse to me...

KatInBoots - small nay, I agree with chicandcool, I don't think the gold chain and the canvas work so well together.

nay to the stella bag... can you please provide the source so the image won't have to be deleted?

thanks :flower:
