I thought it was only in Dubai they were doing double issues - it's pretty bad - what if you subscribed to the publication? Dubai's fashion weeklies are going bi-monthly for July and August and harpers is a double issue. Really bad state of affairs when advertising dictates to that extent, also annoying for loyal readers who need to keep up to date.
