Yes, I got my normal-sized subscription issue this morning - and it was also ripped to pieces, front, spine and back, and it must have come out of the machine like that, because the plastic wrapping was intact. Though I was going to rip up my March issues anyway, for clippings and cuttings, so I didn't mind in the end, as long as 98% of it is intact and readable.
Harper's Bazaar is immensely London-centric, it seems special issues only go out to newsstands on the capital and subscribers in the area. I'd be interested to see if the large-sized version now appears nationwide.
