I can`t wait for Dior but i have bad hopes!Until the HC Shows are on Av.Montaigne...I miss so much Galliano`s real HC for Dior...

what time is it in Paris? It's 20:42 in China and I am freaking out to see the show!!!

Backstage pictures and clues about the collection before the show should be forbidden, they ruin a bit the magic of the whole surprise...

I prefer Le Grand Palais. It would be great a show along a parisian street or over Alexandre III bridge, even around Versailles gardens.

Chanel already did the gardens of Versailles for HC F/W 07 - it was pizzing down with rain

Edit: I adored the Chanel HC S/S 09 show (save for a few skirts and the final wedding ensemble) and the setting with the handmade paper flowers, but I agree that I do have fond memories of the giant tubes and the tubular music from F/W 08 in the Grand Palais..

I agree...but the Maestro always seems to have something interesting to do with different venues...I remember several years ago he had one where the girls walked up and down various balconies right in front of the customers so they could see the detailing up close...brill ant!

Actually it was not at the gardens of Versailles, it was in the Parc de Saint Cloud. FW07 is one of my favourite Chanel HC shows.

I meant in the gardens of Versailles, with the castle as background.

At daily telegraph´s fashion page with Hilary Alexander, there´s a video called begginer´s guide to haute couture, where you can see Karl at te office, some of the sketche´s of tomorrow´s show and Vlada dressed in one of the outfits, it is a very breaf hint of what´s to come.
