My brother had/has a brain tumor, yet he stills eats like crap. I keep telling my Mom to not let him eat so bad because needs more nutrients and needs to be health conscious, but she really doesn't do much about it. And he's stubborn, so it's hard.
Is that true, though? Or all myth. That cutting out soda and replacing it with say, some kind of juice or even water helps shed the pounds? Or even have some positive effect on your skin. I never, ever drink plain water and always, always drink soda. That probably explains the dry skin.
