thanks! but do you think it's as healthy, normally frozen food tend to lose all the vitamins..at the moment frozen is better than nothing
I don't see the point of drinking skim milk or reduced fat. If you want to drink breast milk then you either take it as it is or create a substitute that doesn't involve the mistreatment of a cow and its calf. If you're going to make it not taste like milk then why bother? (I think low fat milk is disgusting, it just tastes like slightly sour water)
That wasn't really what I'm saying. If you find whole normal natural milk disgusting then what's the point of drinking milk at all? There are other options like nut and rice milks which are tastier than watery skim milk. I dunno it just seems like a waste of resources to breed a cow for skim milk.
organic butter tastes the same as regular butter
Basically any produce that you bite into rather than peel is worth buying organic. For example, you should eat organic strawberries, apples, grapes, and lettuce. It is OK not to buy organic bananas and papaya because the peel is more protective and you do not eat it.i can't find the article i read a little while ago about the 5 or so items that are most worth buying organic. anyone know?
i remember that potatoes were at the top of the list. and milk.

Furthermore, studies indicate that white tea is better for you. Leaving tea leaves so close to their natural state means that white tea contains more polyphenols, the powerful anti-oxidant that fights and kills cancer-causing cells, than any other type of tea.
