^ I was not sure if one if necessarily better than the other, but I did know they have different health benefits. I decided to do some internet surfing and found this:

I guess white tea is healthier, but green tea is known to have a thermogenic effect and slightly helps to burn calories.
Thanks for the info! I have tried both and whilst green tea has a stronger flavour I feel like it actually does a lot more than the white tea... I read somewhere a dietitian recommended 8 glasses of green tea a day to detox your body but that just sounds plain crazy to me!
^The Danish government says 600g, I believe. Fruit and veggies are SO expensive, it's just not realistic if you're a student.
Everything in DK is at least 40% more expensive than the rest of Europe. Food is SO expensive I can't afford to eat as healthy as I would like to.Fruit/Veg prices are quite good over here. Teso & CoOp do a good deal - each week 5 fruit/veg are half price!
I'm using figwee (www.figwee.com) to keep track of what I eat (thanks to couture_tribe ) and it's really great! I've noticed that I eat way too few/less (what is right? ) protein and the little snacks I take add up to quite a lot.
I live in Denmark and the veggies and everything else is grown here. Actually, DK produces food for 20 million people. Everything is expensive here. The increasing prices for electricity and raw material and lack of labour makes the price for veggies go up another 15% very soon. I think Denmark is the most expensive country to live in, right after Norway. I also noticed that the prices on most products went up 20-30% after new year's, and I shop discountWhy is produce so expensive where you live Ida?....
Is it all brought in from other countries and you're paying for that?...
If so , I would try a home veggie garden.
I am also trying to do better with my diet.
I eat to much crap....
and it's starting to effect how I feel.
