I honestly think Heidi looks alot more fake then Dawn Yang

^Althought IMO if you see more pictures of Dawn she looks SUPREMELY faker. My point isn't who looks faker , its who has DRAMATICALLY changed the most. Heidi at least ADMITS she has had surgery , this girl claimed that she 'never had surgery' what a laugh seriously.. SO while Heidi makes me sad , she is definitely not the first to do extreme plastic surgery to become famous.

Okay, so this is descending into a bit of who looks more plastic but perhaps it's because Heidi is all blonde-barbie-tastic that she looks more plastic. Maybe it is the black hair that calms down the plastic...although i think this Dawn person has the same tell tale signs as Heidi...the sharpness of her nose, the shiny puffiness of the lips...

I guess plastic surgery is just another manifestation of addictive behaviour for people who are already susceptible.

Reminds me of a hit that came before it's time (well in Aus anyway I'm a barbie girl, in a barbie world, life in plastic, it's fantastic. YOu can brush my hair undress me anywhere, ... i forgot the rest...

^Funny that you say that seeing as theres a youtube 'tribute' of hers that has that song accompanied with it as well She has the worse reputation too , shes known to have anonymous user ids on forums to trash celebrities + give praise to herself its all pretty hilarious I know its a bit off topic (this dawn yang thing) but it was inevitable since this whole Heidi saga reminded me of Dawn Yang.. and eh I'll leave it there since I don't want this to turn into some Dawn Yang vs Heidi debate when imo heidi totally beats her in class as well as looks oh well back to HEIDI.

It's actually quite sad watching Heidi. As annoying as she was, I always liked her and thought she was a cute girl. After the first surgeries, I thought she still looked good. Typical Playboy/Barbie look. She doesn't look bad but something seems to be wrong with her mentally and it's quite painful to watch.

I googled her and I thought the after pics was her, before I saw the BEFORE pics.

HOT DAMN that's a drastic change. It's like looking at two entirely different people. But the Asian plastic surgeons do it better. Yang doesn't look as plastic as Ms. Montag. Prob. because she didn't have size DDD breasts to top off the package.

Jenny Lee is another person addicted to plastic surgery and only really famous because of it. She's been diagnosed with BDD and Oprah did a show on her (and others affected by the disorder, but ones that don't have the $$ for surgery). I think this episode was a pretty good insight into the sad life of someone with this problem.

I could not go through the pain it requires to have massive amounts of surgery.

That speaks to the level of desperation those women/girls must be facing to be willing to go through that much pain.

Yeah you're right. But Dawn had breast implants, although they look quiet natural.

Looking at Heidi, she looks really different, older.

to be honest - she does look much better and really beautiful although her trade marks - her charecteristics are gone - she does not really resemble the girl she was any longer - if i didn't know who she is on these pics i would never know it is the heidi that started out on the Hills a couple of years ago

yeah i think if we're comparing "who has had the most dramatic change" it would definitely be dawn. like i mentioned earlier, if those "before" pics are actually of her old self, then yes she definitely 'wins' this category, hands down. it's like looking at 2 completely different people!

i mean i think heidi's before and after are also quite dramatic, but i guess you can still tell it's the same person. however i still think that Dawn Yang's 'after' look (if you completely disregard what she looked like before surgery) looks more natural--based on the pictures i saw anyway, i haven't seen any of the atrocious ones mentioned here--like if i saw her walking down the street, i don't think my first thought would be of how much plastic surgery she's had; whereas that's definitely the case with heidi, in my opinion.

i do have to admit though that i....gulp....admire (gasp!) heidi's boldness in being completely honest about her plastic surgery (unlike other celebrities....ahem DEMI). although honestly, who would she be fooling if she didn't confess? i guess this was her only choice.

I just feel bad for these people and I just wish there was a law that would make people who want to get SO MANY surgeries, make them have a psychological review...

There is nothing wrong with plastic surgery, but to not even resemble yourself anymore and to be so young, Im sorry something is TERRIBLY wrong and its mental not physical...

I know Im just repeating what other people have posted, I just think its soo sad thats all...

I totally disagree. I think she looks ridiculous and if I met her just now not knowing who she was I would think the same thing b/c she has such an unnatural plasticy look. I think shes just a pathetic person inside and out now.

Its sad to see a naturally pretty girl age about 15 years overnight, she is starting to resemble a blonde Cher......
What will happen to her when the press stop taking notice of her and her clown of a husband?
