She’s always up to something, and last night (April 3) Heidi Montag was spotted at the Geisha House in West Hollywood.

The former “Hills” babe looked a little less than perfect as she exited the West Hollywood hot spot where she had been filming with former call girl Ashley Dupree and former Three 6 Crew rapper DJ Paul.
And it sounds like Heidi is already causing plenty of drama at the “Celebrity Rehab” house, after throwing a fit about her room assignment.

Montag was supposed to share accommodations with Michaele Salahi, but had a temper tantrum and producers were forced to rearrange everything.

Her face looks great now, but outfit not so much.
