I got the idea of wearing my Michael Kors platforms with a 70's print minidress just not sure on the hairstyle yet.. or tights?

thanks a lot in advanced,but i need to ask for help because i have a costume's party in 2 days and i haven't even yet thought of what costume sholud i wear..i just don't want to buy anything tooexpensive or so,i'd prefer just to look around through my mum and grandma's wardrobe to see if i can find something...i really need to make a statement at tha party so it would be great if you could suggest me any kind of costume?what would you wear??

I was wondering if anyone has had a theme party before?
What was it?
I am wondering because I would love to have on for Hallowe'en but I have no idea what to do.

Just remember it has to be suitable for 14 year olds ​

I have some friends back in Munich they always do themed parties once a month in one of the nightclubs. Of course that's for grown ups but such parties absolutely rock and they also have a little weird performance show that is just so insane and freaks people out.

I think the key to these parties is having a nice decoration and adding this little bit of extra to it. They had one party that was themed somehow along the lines of "ugly fashion" and people came in extreme ugly outfits. They teamed up with a fashion school in munich and the girls from the fashion school sat there to modify your clothing. I ended up having some shoulder extensions on my sweatshirt that made me look like a football player. The performance was a fashion show and the most ugly outfit was honored

Some topics for halloween could be:
"Superheros gone bad" (evil versions of superman & co)
"Beauty and the beast" (similar to pimps and hookers but more youth friendly)
"The ugly side of ...(fill in whatever for example rock music)..." (in this example dress up like some popular rockstars but zombie like)

the best theme party i have ever had or been to was a gangster party. Absolutely everyone dressed up because the boys could still wear their usual clothes but with a gun and some bling added and the girls could get super dressed up without anyone feeling stupid for being dressed up.

yeah. your themed parties will most likely be a success if you make it easy for people to get dressed and they don't have to shop around for it.

Wear a tin foil hat! You could make something fantastically Isabella Blow and sculptural and then there's the whole tin foil hat/crazy person hilarity to it.
