i just wanted to give an update on this subject as i just got from the shows during fashion week and must say that the hijab has had a big influence for the FW 07 collections. many designers are doing a coat with a loose very chic hood which resembles the hijab style alot... i know that its gonna be a feature we shall be using for the next editorials we do with a mag

Absolutely, Nyx. All I had to do was look at the name of the website provided to know such thing is bigoted. That website has been known to publish erroneous material over and over again, as well as being emotionally charged -- meaning next to no rational or unbiased material.

I'm disappointed tiamaria would forward such an article. If the words Arab, Muslim, and Middle Eastern were replaced with any other racially or emotionally charged epithet, I guarantee the article would have never made it on this board.

I used to come here as an escape from all the bs on the net about Arabs and Muslims. But, I see there's no escaping it. It's hard to change bigotry.

It not my opinion its just showing things from a wider perseption.The only reason it made it onto this board is because it was posted along side the pics and i just copied the whole thing not because it has the words muslim in it etc. And also how it it bigotry if its off an actual muslim website .. and believe me i was only copying it .. no need to shoot the mesenger and all x
