Hilary Duff Vs Lindsay Lohan

the pic with lohan and the cigeratte freaks me out. her clothes and overall look is like a 9 year old and then you look down and bam she's holding a cigg... just reminds me of a 3th grader smoking. anyways recently i've been leaning more towards duff simply because i hate lohan more not because i dislike both. i think lohan tries to be overtly sexy and she's just a poor imitation of paris, i do liek the fact that duff just comes out and says i'm a good girl and i don't like dressing older than my age, so far she's been true to that and i give her props for not following everyone else by showing too much skin for shock value. as for the acting and singing -they both suck pretty imo

I don't know...neither can sing (I saw Hilary lip-synching terribly on one tv show, which is virtually the same as Lindsay's bad performance)...I don't like either of their fashion picks...but Lindsay is a better actress. So I'll go Lindsay.
