Designer director (RTW) at Prada now. She has worked for nearly 10 years as a ready-to-wear designer at Yves Saint Laurent, under both Tom Ford and then Stefano Pilati. Phoebe Philo recruited her to Céline then. She remained there for five years, followed by a seven-year stint as design director at Victoria Beckham.

Maybe we will see her as a Creative director soon.

She has a great professional experience and definitely helped define Victoria Beckham's RTW. Allegedly she has a token title at Prada and that the 'real' Design Director is still long serving Luigi Preziotti.

I looked her up and it's quite depressing. It's amazing how you can begin you tutelage under designers like Ford and Pilati and end up with your vision looking like that.
