Yes they do come chewy and thick imo. Most of my NBFs have been that type of leather. I like it not too thick.

anyone have pictures of the back of the zipper and rivets for the rose gold giant hardware (RGGH) ??
I want to know if it's like the real ones, if there's NO lampo markings and also the shape of the rivets.
I believe back in 2010, the rose gold hardware had NO lampo marking but the ones in 2011 have them? I'm not sure.
I want to know how close it is to the real deal.

I had an anthra rggh from the boys. It has no lampo marking on the back of the zipper. For the auth ones, the 2010 RGGH has no lampo marking, but the 2011 has Lampo markings.

For the boys newer version RGGH, I think it closes to the auth ones, except that the thimbles, buckles, & other metal parts are supposed to be a tone lighter than the zipper. Hope it helps

I have an agent for WB, & have used them myself. The service was fast & easy.
I just looked through WB site, there's no white rh city for now but they have this beautiful siegle rh city with what looks to me a correct bales..!
Oh and one thing about WB Bal bags, the inner pockets are different from the auth. And the RGGH zipper pull (the metal parts not the leather tab) has the rusted style, not shiny like the auth ones.

I have been looking at Reissues especially those in distressed leather, which hardware you ladies prefer? Silver, Gold or vintage silver? I have been contacting a few sellers for quotes, Fang quoted me the highest..over 300+ Catty's price still quite reasonable but i not sure whether i should take the plunge yet. I am looking at 226 so that i can use for day/evening unlike the classic flap which is 10".

any idea? Catty sent me some pictures yesterday before her site went down today, the pictures look not bad except its not boxy like the auth i have seen on purseblog.

PlatinumSerenity, my anthra RGGH was the first version of the RGGH. The newer version of the RGGH looks much better than the previous version of their RGGH. I remember someone posted the comparison of their RGGH thimbles in this forum.

The zipper is shiny, not darker. They only make changes on the how the thimbles look. Let me try to look for the picture, I think I still have it. The newer thimble version has darker lines like the auth ones.

I'll PM you my agent. Yes they have the off-white bags. I bought a cute mini pom pon made of soft calfskin. The quality is very good. I'll PM you the link of the detail of the bag, which shown the different inner pocket.
