I asked T&D back in February if they could make the mini coin purse bags but they said they would have to charge a lot since so much detail goes into making one. Pus they'd have to source all that tiny hardware...so basically "no". The authentic goes for $499+ (can't believe anyone would pay that for a keychain) and I'd imagine T&D's would be still too pricey to justify. The most I'd pay for one is maybe $100, but that's pushing it. Those keychains are adorable but they can't fit anything inside except maybe a few mints and some change

my nuage and ardoise bags are exactly that - silky soft, supple leather. i'd take that any day to dry thick leather. i'd say the nuage and ardoise is a bit thicker than my galet bags. my galet bags did not become thicker over time, but did become softer.

Thanks bagnificent, that really put my mind at ease. You're probably right that the galet didn't thicken over time, just that I got used to it.

I am in love with a small green Lena Erziak purse. It's a bag shaped pouch, held together by chains, on a long shoulder chain. They make the coolest purses! So different.

i just bought one black classic bag from the boys and i prepaid for one coquelicot rh city..usually i dont prepay anything...because i want to see the colour from some girl, but i think this colour is gorgeous ^___^

Ladies, so fun to check in again -- I've been off thread (and not shopping!) for a few months now. I'm off to HK, Beijing, and Shanghai at the end of this month. Are there any markets, etc. that I MUST stop by? I'm not looking for anything in particular, but I stumbled upon some beautiful Birkins in Bangkok last year and obviously wouldn't mind if the same thing happened in China. I understand that replicas are everywhere over there (true?), but if you know of particular markets then I will plan to stop by. Maybe even find a new seller for our addictions?

platinum - coquelicots are wild poppies that grow in fields of the french countryside and they are known for their striking bright shade of orange-tinted red petals. If you google "les coquelicots" you'll find the painting by Monet depicting the orange-red poppies

maj28 I was in Beijing some 6 years ago and was brought to Jiayi Market. It is a small bazaar with a second floor full of shops with closed doors which sell pretty good reps. I was even brought to an apartment which operates as a showroom for reps! I'm afraid I can't remember where the apartment is now. But if you see any shops with things you like, try asking them whether they have other places with better designs and quality you can go to.

I will be in Shanghai next week till September. If you'd like, we can check out places to hit together!

Does anyone know if T&D has changed the color of the bubblegum since they l ran it? I used to have a bubblegum city, but it was more of a salmon color. The bubblegum they currently have up looks lighter.
