Corail, looks off; can't say specifically what off the top of my head. Besides, J's been deemed the better bet for PS1s. Not to mention, cheaper :flower:.

I have read some of you like to condition your bags.:) I heard "leather revive" or something like that was good. Where am I able to purchase it from and what are the benefits after its treated?

OMG I just got my jumbo Caviar from Fang!!!! The bag is HUGE!!!! Wasn't expecting this! What was I thinking? A medium-large would have been better for me..... But the bag is utterly gorgeous though.

I will post pics on Sunday (on with my finals sorry!)..... :flower:

Hey, good luck with finals! (am procrastinating on mine too). The jumbo is huge--that's why the 227 is the perfect size for me ^_^ I want pics though!.

i'm upset! i've just started using this keychain from jacky and the top part fell off! I don't even know when it fell off! :(

are T+D still doing a folk bag or have they given up?

lucy92: t&d are not doing the folk bag or any new styles as they lost their pattern maker several months ago and have not been able to find a new one. I have given up on sending mine to them and will just enjoy my authentic one.

Thats why I travel with NBFs instead of LV, since an NBF is all treated, conditioned and tough leather (even scratches can be buffed out), whereas LV is untreated naked vachetta which means dirt, water, stains, etc will show up and can never be removed

Thanks. That explains a lot to me about LV's leather. When I bought my 1st LV, the handles on my speedy got water stained and so did the little leather that attached to the canvas. I remember taking it back to Neiman Marcus and being really disappointed when I got it back. Turns out they had sent the bag to a local shoe repair and they had simply painted the handles. Ugh. I never bought another LV without treating the leather before using it.

Girls, just got my GDR gsh first and it's Beautiful! Running off now but I'll load pictures later. I'm so happy!

oh no fanbao26 - i just bought the same from Jacky! - is it the blue piece that's now missing? i'm worried about using mine now... hopefully he'll send you a replacement

Hi I am looking for the Chanel reissue in caviar not lambskin leather does anyone know if this is available thanks:flower:

Has anyone seen jacky's silver sparkle tweed alexa? It looks right up my alley. I've emailed him to ask if the pics he has posted are auths but...ahhh the sparkle...TDF

crystal, catty had the hybrid caviar reissue a while back (with the different chain and mademoiselle lock), but i haven't seen any of the usual sellers with the caviar reissue...
my understanding is that it is a fairly newer style (although there were a few caviar reissues in 08), so maybe there will be some out soon...

Hey Girls!!

It's been a while since I've posted here because I've been busy with work, work, work

Congrats to everyone with new bags. I'm really excited about T&D's makeup bags coming soon. It will be so hard to resist getting one in every color they make

Quick question before I take the plunge, do you girls think a Day with GSH would look too overwhelming on a 5'1 girl with a very slight frame? So far I've stuck to firsts, cities, and twiggies... I'm thinking of changing things up simply because the day seems so casual.

Thanks in advance for your advice B)

i'm 5'2", and on the smaller side. i have a Day with GSH that i received as a gift from some of the best friends a girl could have (you know who you are ;) ). i don't think it's overwhelming at all. in fact, i think it's one of the best bags i've ever had. :)

I :heart::heart: it however those pics have a few minor details that are off i think. The inside tag says "made in turkey" instead of "Made in England" and the stamp in the inside of the bag seems a little off compared with the other Alexa's he has up.

Minor details though that no one is like to see so i'm tempted! been waiting AGES for a rep of this! x

I think GH Days look fab on tiny gals! For some reason I think hobo style bags can be bigger and still not overwhelming looks wise. I think the Work can look to big on some people when carried on the arm because it can look so big in relation to the body. But yeah, I  Days!!

According to purseblog, Mulberry has factories in Turkey as well as China.

THe stamp on the inside looks a little wonky in stitching...but I think I am definitely going to go for it. It's too pretty to pass up!

That's correct. Mulberry bags aren't all made in England. I think most of them actually aren't made in England, but I'm not 100% sure on this.
