Yes, in the US. I wanted to order more bags today and he told me that he wasn't shipping anything now and gave a refund

DHL shipping took about 2 weeks to get here. Awful

Oh no! That's terrible!!! I'm so sorry your order was canceled. I wonder if his assistant is answering the order emails. His response didn't sound like Jacky if you KWIM.

It could have been an assistant but it doesn't matter. It's been terrible ordering from them lately. They have been shipping through different courier services changing on the way before it even arrives here in the US.

Has this shipping issue carried on before the holidays? I didn't want to take that risk of buying right now... I wonder when all of this will clear up and shipping will be normal again...

I've also seen a lot of heat on the news recently about the whole "cracking down on counterfeit" goods. They've had a couple stories already this month in the US. I'm sure they're always investigating on it but maybe they're being a little pushier on it..

Yes, J has said that it's been very strict right now with him shipping counterfeit goods to the US this time. He will resume normal shipping after the holidays.

I wonder if it's the Chinese (or is Jacky HK? I can't remember!) customs, or the U.S. customs at the U.S. end of things that is being more strict? Have any European/Asian customers been having trouble as well?

Hi Ladies, Longtime Lurker, and I know this has been discussed before, but I just got the noix and black from NBF and ordered leather revive (although possibly the wrong one?) but my bags aren't conditioning well, all of your pictures make the leather look just gorge, and I was hoping for some tips? Thanks!!

For those of you who own NBF bois de rose, stay away from Leather Revive... it'll turn your bdr a shade darker permanently .

To condition and give a bit of protection, I use Meltonian Shoe Cream (Delicate Cream #170) instead. Won't darken the leather and reduce the shine a little

I think strict customs has got to be in his end. I ordered early Dec and have been watching my bag travel around just to get to me. I still haven't receive it and I'm located in Asia...like 4 hours away from Jacky.
Thanks for the tip lovelovemode, I used saddle soap on my bdr and it turned fine.

Hey guys. I'm just wondering if any of you are having trouble with late delivery from T&D.. They said my bag should be here by Christmas, unfortunately it's still not here and the tracking number says it hasn't even reached Australian customs, kind of bummed

this is so weird, i've just emailed T&D about my order, as the tracking showed that is was signed for in Guangzhou after 10 days after going through customs ?... totally and completely confused...
