petit-glow: The canvas on my MC is very soft and slouchy. I had a VERY poor rep I got years ago that was super stiff but fabaaa's MC is perfectly slouchy! I still think hers is the best I've seen!

fashionplus...that doesn't look like any fendi bag i've seen...
it actually looks like the new prada bags with fendi fabric...

fashionplus: i think that fendi bag is a "not-real" design. sometime the replica world just use designer fabric and make up their own design...

I really like that bad, but I'm glad I got this info first before I bought it. Thanks so much.

well, ur bag's leather looks gorgeous, and the shine is easy to take away. Just use apple leather care and moisturize ur bag (it will also "break it in", making it slouchier and softer)

socali and bbyorkie are right! Auth bbags are shiny! And Apple Care will take it away over time.

Btw, I read a fascinating thread on tpf. A woman had bought an AUTH PT and had to return it because it had "white stuff" on the handles and the back of the bag. The 2nd bag had so much extra leather on the handles where the shoelace thingy is that it hung down and looked funny. She then had to hunt down a 3rd bag because they told her they only had two left in the whole stock and they were prob the ones she returned (nice to know they put faulty bags back into stock) but she finally tracked one down.

How's that for QC huh?? Two crap bags (that will be resold) AND she had to hunt around for a replacement. And this was from Saks!! LOL!!

The people who pay $1500 (or whatever the PT goes for) have the same issues we do...only they have to do the work themselves to find a decent replacement.

Reading that thread just made me SO impressed with T&D. They do ALL this work on their own and have WAAAAY more happy, satisfied customers than we even know about b/c a lot of their customers don't even know about tfs!!

I smothered my ruby PT in Apple Care last night and sprayed the handles with Apple Garde. She should be all ready for use now!!

Anyone new to bbags, please don't hesitate in buying from T&D!!! Notice that we ALL buy bbags ONLY from them. Their bags are absolutely the BEST!! I'm going to take pics of all my bbags so everyone can see the gorgeous leather!!

OK!! Here is my gorgeous ruby GSH Part Time!!! I have more pics, but this is (obviously) outdoors with no flash so it's the best. I can re size and post the other pics another day.

Anyway, all I can say is that the bag looks ugly in pictures compared to how magnificent it is IRL. It's STUNNING!!!

Edit to add: The color is very hard to truly capture....it's a very bright, true red. Tomato ish red. And my bag isn't shiny IRL like it looks in the pic. It's VERY bright and vibrant and it looks a bit bigger IRL too. My digi cam is crap. :|

I'm honestly SO underwhelmed by auth bags now!! THAT is how good our reps are!! Even with Chanel!!

I was carrying Miss PT on Sunday and saw a woman with a black GSH PT or Work (didn't see it long enough to tell) and the leather on hers was so distressed and smooshy looking, I SWEAR her's was an NBF too!!
