i am really confused by the whole thing. i swear the bag looks aqua to me, but i can see how it could be a turq too. i dunno, i'm with you lucy in that i don't want a re-dyed color as my bag! that's my main fear... that the color will be a color bal never made

ETA: T&D have been so awesome about this whole thing... answering all questions, being very flexible. THIS is why I'm a repeat customer-- besides the fact that I am in love with their bags

i am doing everything in my power to convince myself that i don't need the black step. i just am in love with that bag for some reason.

as for the aqua/turq, i am totally confused and lost. no opinion at all on this one, and i didn't pre order the aqua anyway. hope everyone ends up satisfied.

baby_yorkie: They've never made aquamarine before so how can the Day in that pic be aqua?? If that's what they made then that's what we'll be getting. Regardless of what the bag on ebay looked like, the color of the Day is what we'll end up with. Unless you mean the pic chicca posted is aqua but not T&D's aqua?

ok, hope im making sense here
1. i saw the bag in the ebay listing, it was Turquoise (even though the listing said it is AQUA.
2. the bag that chica posted (that has TD's marking) is AQUA to me.
3. im not sure if that bag is the actual product of TD for aqua bag, or that bag is the bag they bought from ebay.
4. TD told me that the bag was sent to the leather factory in ITALY first, and it JUST ARRIVED back to them in CHINA just yesterday. that's why i thought THE LEATHER could be READY => that bag could be their product....

If the bags will be the color of the pic they sent, I'm in!! I think it's absolutely GORGEOUS!!! To me it looks a lot like '05 turquoise but I'd better not get into colors being on or off again because I'm afraid it'll bring down all of hades on my head.

Obviously, lighting can be deceiving and this is just ONE picture. If the boys say it's '05 turq, then I'm trusting them. They've never let me down!

Okay, I'm still confused as to whether the new color will look like turquoise or aquamarine, but I want to get a twiggy. Was the twiggy made in both those colors? Just want to make sure...

agree with BBS, i trust the boys, but the fact is...the color in that day bag is not a brand new turquoise should be...it is a dirty+yellowing turquoise, which i hope it's the ebay bag, and their actual product should be much brighter.

I just realised that it really doesn't matter to me if the bags look more like aqua or more like turq because I LOVE both of those colors! I'm just ordering my bags in RH and getting a City and Day to be safe!!

I just ordered the turq work and canceled my magenta order. I just couldn't make myself like the magenta that they had pictured. Fingers crossed the color is true to the 05 turq.
