I LOVE this thread... then again, I could be biased. I had the pleasure of doing makeup at Caribbean Fashion Week in Jamaica last year and hence got to work with Sedene, Chevonese and some others. Models working the shows that I can remember readily off the top of my head were Nell, Nadine, Jaunel, Jeneil, Nicole, Sedene, Candace, Carla, Oraine, Hector... and the list goes on. I didn't do lists with first and last names if I didn't know it for all people. I have backstage pics from the event. Is there somewhere I could post them or maybe link to them? I'm new so I ain't tryna break any rules!

I love this thread. There are some true beauties here. Many of them have such an exotic look....is it perhaps due to Chinese heritage in there somewhere? I know that many Jamaicans are very mixed.

Yes you're right, but it's not only Chinese. While Jamaicans are predominantly African, some have other ancestries such as Indians, Syrians, Europeans, and I'm sure there are a few more I'm missing out (my history knowledge fails me at the moment).
I for instance am mixed with African, European (Scottish) Indian.
