cause many girls wear those "homeless style" clothes with expensive bags.
i love that style, it's probably my favorite :P [/b][/quote]
Your choice what you like... ;)

I love that outfit ! I'd wear it without the hat, but I love the ensemble all the same <3

Seeing an incredibly well dressed guy always makes me happy ^_^

at the mall the other day i saw a girl who looked to be japanese and had the same style many of these girls have. so i walk up to her to complement her and damn did she look scared

Me, too...only I want the shoes, too. Actually, I want the whole ensamble!

I really wish I knew how to pull off Japenese street style. :( I just can't combine my clothes in ways that look good, and I don't know how to buy things that would go together like that if combined.

I am looking for legwarmers, though! :P I love them so much after seeing all of the pictures on tfs...

I'll figure it out eventually, though...I think...

i like parts of all these outfits.

red-violet tank, yellow hobo bag, turquoise jacket and blue shoes... all together haha!

All these clothes could pass as designer clothes!!!!
and some of the girls could pass as models!!!

i've been to Japan once before, and clothes like that can be found everywhere at at a fairly reasonable price for such great style! ie, like 50 bucks for a top!
its ridicoulous how some designer clothes such as their jackets cost sooooo much, when they , to me, don't fit as good and look and feel the same quality!

I always get asked about my clothes that i buy overseas and whether they are designer clothes or not. hehe, but i save hundreds!

Maybe these should go to the shoe section, but i didn't find any good place to put in.
How do you like these?

Those are almost kind of beautiful in an odd way- how strange that I'm saying that about a running shoe...

Umm, thanks...

they have a gothic lolita look thing in this month's nylon. only they're not japanese.. if anyone's interested.

I think Japenese street fashion is great cause basically the young people are actually expressing themselves
as opposed to running out to get the nexy "IT" item like here in the states. Or trying to look like their girlfriends. I am not saying that sort of thing does not exist there , just seems people want to have fun with their clothing, look great and not care if it the latest Chanel or 7 jeans, or Jacobs when they can or can not afford it. I am sure this is not the rule of thumb there but the people we are seeing posted in this topic clearly seem to march to the beat of their own drum. :woot:
