Hey, SO glad you're back Luxury's Lap! :woot:

This thread has been rather quiet and desolate without you!

^ I think that's China (the web URL is the giveaway). The girls look super cute!! :crush: ^_^

#2146 - Love the bottom left one!
Yeah, they are Chinese. You can see the writing in the background.

Don't mean to be pedantic, but I think they're Japanese.
1) Their clothes and features look more Japanese.
2) The streets look more Japanese, especially the guy's street which is undeniably Japanese.
3) The writing on the guy's pic could be Japanese as it just looks like an address or the name of the bridge; not a sentence, for example.
4) People photograph Japanese fashion all the time. No one gives a rat's *** what's happening in China, lol.
5) The pics are from a Chinese website, but China looks up to Japanese fashions. That's why one of HK's most popular fashion magazines is a translation of a Japanese one ('Cawaii').

It might be only the guy' pic is japanese. The girl is definitely in China, you can tell by the writing and the signs. And if you've ever been to China, alot of people look japanese.

Lol, ok then. This is a silly discussion. (>_<)

Let's compromise ... they're in Taiwan!! Very Chinese but also very Japanese.

Deal? Lol.

Actually, now that I think about it, it's quite likely.

Ah, I can't believe I'm wasting time on this!!!

Let's just say they're Asian and leave it at that :flower:

And I went through Ginza's pictures for December and January, and here's what I liked. Feel free to go through the rest of the photos on the site, but I didn't feel like making the jpg. :innocent:

always love to see what's what....enevitably, I remember the ferocious moment of Harajuku in the late '8os (my first time there, but I'd been doing my homework for years in advance) and I was fortunate to observe that extraordinary/exciting/economic-breakthrough moment when the HJkids were first blasting out of the uniform-genre-unison dressing to achieve innovation and creation. And innovation and creation in such a culture at such a moment was a hundred-fold more risky and rad and liberating.....
As ever, this stuff refreshes the eye and confuses the mind.... would that we could all achieve that daily....
