Thanks for all the images posted, but overall I find it such a boring collection. I think most of you would agree if it was on a normal catwalk. For me, it doesn't feel new or innovative or like he's pushing the limits.
Not sure whether we are still talking to each other, or not (
) as I had to have dinner, but I agree that although fun and exciting, this is not extremely groundbreaking, but until one has something really amazing to replace it with, isn't it better to stay with something beautiful and fun, that still works, for a while at least?Especially as we appear to be hovering on the brink of a global recession and many people are becoming worried about the waste that leads to climate change?

That's not me being conservative, BTW; that's me trying to be practical.
In a time of economic (and environmental) uncertainty, customers are probably more likely to indulge in something fun that they can add to their existing wardrobe, aren't they? Unless something really new and exciting comes along, that they just have to have, of course.
Innovation is great, but not purely for the sake of it, surely?
