She looks So lovely in red and those snug flares!! NICE!!

But BOTH she and Tom are unsuccessful with their hats!! Katie always wears hers two sizes too small and they look ridiculous imo, and Tom just looks like he is trying to be cool like a Johnny Depp or something, and he fails miserably. Stick to what works - preppy. And Katie should either size up on the hats or forget them. She has absolutely GORGEOUS hair so flaunt it! Don't cover it with small hats or stick it in messy top knots.

I like the idea of the outfit, just something seems off in the fit of the pants, and not crazy about the Prada shoes with this look, but overall she looks great, shes been looking young and fresh again
