i think its the difference between London and L.A (of course there are exceptions see Victoria Beckham etc) but I think celebs in L.A tend to be more designer-orientated...

Well street fashion has become more " fashionable" than actual designer brands in Britain. If you go out in something individual, maybe with a vintage item and a designer bag then THAT'S fashion, not running out covered in labels.

Hollywood/L.A. is definitely about labels. It's not even about looking good anymore as long as it's got Gucci on it then it's supposed to be fabulous never mind it's butt-ugly. It's gucci so I guess it's oog-lay.

about that pouting..i think the camera person took a shot of her actually saying something, in between a conversation and to us it looks like she just pouts. it must happen a lot

Its amazing how great she looks in relatively simple clothes - a white button down with black tights, a plain green sundress, denims, etc. Just goes to show you the effect of beauty. Sometimes I see Keira in things that are in and of themselves unremarkable but she just elevates them. She can wear Topshop or Gap or whatever she almost makes it seem expensive. When I first saw that green dress I never would have guessed it came from a high street store and not just because she's a celebrity.

I think in the 'pout' picture (6561) she's actually whistling, at least that's what it looks like to me! Her pout seems a little different than that picture as she normally has her mouth closed when doing it.

I must not understand the definition of pouting, because I just don't consider half the sh*t people call pouting to be shuch. In that picture it doesn't look like a pout to me, just her whistling or in the middle of speech or just a mouth twitch while she's thinking of something. Maybe exhaling a deep breath even.

don't get me wrong, I love keira.
But this pouting thing is crazy. she has big lips already, so stop pouting.

She has a little bit of an underbite. Often times when a person doesn't have a perfectly straight bite (esp an underbite), the lips don't meet together properly in the natural resting position. The so called "pout" is just an over-correction. Thrust your jaw forward a little bit, then take a look in the mirror....you'll have an awkward pout expression too. Time for braces for kiera!

^I think she has a bit of an underbite too, but I don't think she needs braces. She looks great and the so-called "pout" works for her, IMO. It does not look intentional at all.

Besides, this topic has way over-exerted itself a long time ago. I think it's time to drop it.
