Is not one of a kind, one of my former work colleagues had it and one girl in college class had one that looked like that, but without the ring around it. I just didn't know the name until now, but it can probably be found on eBay or custom made.

i dunno why it rings to me, but i think she said in one of her interviews that mother bought the necklace for her...dunno...
