Clearly, the pic they took at the shoot and decided to use for the cover only had the two girls in it. Rachel McAdams was supposed to be the third girl, but she backed out at the last second because she hadn't been told she would be nude.

It's all quite scandalous, eh?

Oh wow, that picture doesn't really flatter anyone involved. Keira's boobs look tiny (which I know they are, but why emphasize it in the cover of a mag!?) and Scarlet's butt shows blush, and not in a flattering view either. I'd never show my butt as an actress, I mean, maybe in a movie that really requires it, but in the cover of a magazine?? NOOOO!! I'd be so embarrassed. Oh well.. whatever people do to get publicity..
