I like that white dress on her in the pic above...
the cut of the neckline is unconventional but very flattering
and the dress is still sexy because although she's covered up it is still form-fitting
the hair is a great choice there as well.. a nice soft look

as for the other outfit (black tank and jeans)...
I think it's just ok...
i actually kind of hate the green shoes and think they ruin the outfit...

She certainly does not look pregnant, but your concern is well validated. Anytime a female celebrity wears some clothing that does not reveal every single curve of the body, skin, artery, vein, and/or bone, they are accused of "hiding" something. Celebs practically have to walk around in their underwear to avoid these rumors and prove them to be false...and even on a bloated day in your underwear or a bikini, the paps still call you pregnant!
