Regarding the Lindsay-Keira thing, someone from England posted on imdb: "Why does everyone hate Lindsay Lohan? Can someone fill me in since I'm from the UK and I don't read too much about her?" (this was during the time when she got that letter and lots of flaming was going on) ...so I asked him, "what do you read about Lindsay?" and he said something like her movies do pretty well there and he only reads the good things about her.

I live in the US and I read tons of crap about Lindsay but only good things about Keira. Granted, it's mostly because they live totally different lifestyles, obviously, but perhaps with other English actors/actresses, it is the geographic separation? I dunno, just a theory... Personally I try to avoid what the tabloids write about either of them, because I'm a huge fan of both Lindsay and Keira.

Anyway, back to posting candids.

It IS interesting that Lindsay's trashed but Keira isn't as much...

I think it's because Keira hasn't been involved in much drama. She's British, she lives in London, not L.A., so she isn't seen as much at hotspots there, whereas Lindsay lives in a hotel in west L.A. and hits the club circuit quite often. Keira doesn't hang with Paris Hilton, hasn't gotten into a feud with another celebrity (Lohan & Duff), doesn't talk about her sex life in interviews, and hasn't dated high profile men who have talked about her (her last BF is a model/actor, sure, but he isn't A-list yet, nor is her current beau). Lindsay's first serious public boyfriend blathered about having sex with her to the public, adding fuel to the fire. Also, Keira is known more as a "serious" actress, despite box office bombs like "Domino" and "The Jacket." Lindsay is known more as a "teen queen," though she hates that term. "Mean Girls" made her career take off, but it also pigeon-holed her into that type of role.

In interviews Lindsay talks about sex, has had very public family trouble, and has even made a music video about it. Lindsay seems to invite the attention. "I admit, I love [the attention]," she said in an interiew. Keira tends to be more quiet about it in comparison.

Great comparision. Also, Keira may only be about 5 months over 21, but that she is, while Lindsay isn't of legal drinking age. That might add to why it's a bigger deal when Lindsay drinks. Besides, even after Keira drinks, she never seems to do really, really stupid things that land all over the tabloids, unlike some others.

Sorry to bring the topic up again. It's kind of been exhausted, hasn't it? Back on topic, Keira always looks great in hats!

Her real down to earth scruffy style looks great but when you can see shes tried it looks a mess.. a perfect example is that grey dress. Nothing special, a bit blah and zzz.
