If she had injections she's the type to admit it. Keira's always had the lips. People just can't accept she's that gorgeous naturally.

I think you're misremembering. From an Elle interview done in 2005:

ELLE: Is there anything untrue that's been repeated over and over?
KK: I went for a very long time reading that I'd had a lip job. That was around for ages after I met a rather nasty man at a party who came up to me and said, "Is it true you've had your lips done?" And I stupidly went, "Oh, yeah, that's right," instead of saying, "No, that's not true." But that's gone away now.

A simple look at pictures of her at the age of 9-12 should convince most reasonable people that her lips haven't been tampered with.

Nonsense. We have pictures of her from every year since she was nine. Her lips haven't changed. If your "friend" thinks otherwise she's got a dodgy memory. Or how do you explain that ten year old pictures of her show her lips to be exactly like pictures taken a few weeks ago?

That's exactly what she's done. From this interview published in The Guardian in 2004:

"And I haven't had my lips done, either. I'm sorry. I know I shouldn't have brought that up. But can I just say that I haven't? It's the idea that people believe it! I've had friends phoning me up, and I'm like, 'F*** off! Of course I haven't.'" At this point, she looks around the room very briefly, as if it really might contain the swearing police. "Sorry. But I haven't. It's the only thing about me that I don't want bigger."
