I agree. Keira is my favorite girl crush. But she needs to quit whining.

I think when she says something, she tends to make it seem a lot bigger than it is..

I think what she means is that she loves acting, but hates the negative attention that she receives from the media, which I think is perfectly justified.
I just think all interviews blow it out of proportion to make it look like she's a poor little girl who has to act because we want her too, when really it's the media that makes it unbearable for her.

I agree exactly-I understand she has a hard time with all of the media attention but it kind of comes with the fame. I understand her getting annoyed and scared but to constantly talk about it is annoying.

I would love to see her do some theatre work.

Thanks Kawari! I'm glad someone agrees. I love her, and I think it's neat she has the guts to say what probably a lot of celebrities feel but don't want the backlash for, but at the same time if it is really bugging you that much, make a change!

In defense of her constant period pieces a lot of British actors get stuck doing them although I believe she said she doesn't choose them intentionally or unintentionally she just goes with what script she likes. So it could be that she's typecast and it could be that she just loves to play dress up. I would... lord to be able to run around in drag all the live long day. *sighs*

Also going half&half on the fame complaining. I give her more slack than I do other actresses that do it because she's not constantly going out and partying and going to all the hippest places and then complaining about "the paps are, like, always following me!!11!!" She can't avoid them, they camp outside her house. I don't think she's trying to get pity about being famous just that these "photogs" aren't monitored and you don't know if the men following you home are infact legit photogs or some r*pist with a camera, which I can understand.

It's out in the UK but sometime around the beginning of december for the US. I believe the 12th?

I wouldn't mind getting typecast in period movies. It's my favorite genre =)
