Hello! Yes, I know I'm a heck of a lurker, and I have been for such a while, but I'm very happy to be here at all, for I think there are only a few places where I can genuinely admire anyone for their style... and I'm pretty much a giddling fan-girl after all... I do love Keira.... Not so very much because of her acting (Since English is not my mother language, I do find it hard to actually see any difference in her performance in... than in.... you know? I easily fall in love wth any Britsih accents from anyone, so....), but for her "personal style". I love how she's always looking so very pretty and origiginal without (seeemingly) really trying... LIke it's the easist thingon world to look "alternative"Although I find it quite questioning that her boyfriend dresses the same... He's handsome, no offense, but how comes he always dresses the same? That's weird, isn't it? Or maybe my boyfriend (of two years) has never been that fashionable....

... Um, yeah, this was all. Sorry to lurk, I do have this new year's ....uh, intents?(Another who speaks German, please? Vorsätze?) Thank you.

The Golden Globes are officially canceled.

HOLLYWOOD, CA, January 7, 2008 – The Hollywood Foreign Press Association today announced that the recipients of Golden Globe Awards in 25 categories will be revealed during an hour-long HFPA press conference at The Beverly Hilton to be covered live by NBC News beginning at 6:00 pm PST on January 13. “The 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards” NBC telecast and champagne dinner in The Beverly Hilton’s International Ballroom is officially cancelled.

“We are all very disappointed that our traditional awards ceremony will not take place this year and that millions of viewers worldwide will be deprived of seeing many of their favorite stars celebrating 2007’s outstanding achievements in motion pictures and television,” said Jorge Camara, President of The Hollywood Foreign Press Association. “We take some comfort, however, in knowing that this year’s Golden Globe Award recipients will be announced on the date originally scheduled.”
