That's what i thought, but on closer inspection of her shoes they are not patent but plain leather- i saw a pair from Repetto last week in Notting Hill and they looked quite similar to hers but i don't think they are the exact pair...

Repetto sounds very familiar for those MJs mahdama I remember them being ID'ed on this thread a while ago and although it's really very vague I'm sure they were by Repetto, if not she's definitely got some other shoes by them

ETA: Just searched around and I can't find anything to do with Keira and Repetto flats so I think I must have been dreaming it in my angst to find out who makes those shoes Sorry!
