The dress at the photocall is super ugly, it's amazing how she managed to make it look so presentable.

The dress at the premiere on the other hand..! .. one of this year's favorites for me, she looks truly divine and it just makes so much sense to go for Valentino, one of the few luxury Italian houses that are going through an exciting moment right now (you can love the man all you want but he was a bore since the late 90s, this is pretty much the best they've looked in YEARS), and the dress is just so decadent, it goes with the Venetian atmosphere. I was never a huge fan but I've missed her!, really nice to see her and then seeing her looking so good.

It's a grower, but I feel like these Valentino dresses look ALL the same. That's my problem with them. It's like a cheap imitation, not the real deal.

Don't know how this new Valentino is more exciting than the actual Valentino. The dress seems like an heirloom she dug up from the attic, which I guess has its charm.
