Just watched the Telephone video again.
Although it's been a little over-hyped, Gaga is definitely are visionary. The video is insane and Beyoncé looks hot.

I agree a thousand percent.

Given the "To Be Continued...," I'm thinking "Monster" is sooo the next single. It works pretty well with the theme, though I guess if they're going to some foreign land then "Alejandro" could be it, too. Or both- she did say there would be four singles from TFM.

I don't think you should compare Bad Romance with Telephone, imo. Telephone is more of a campy, funny references short film etc while Bad Romance was a straight to the point MV. I think its great she used humor to set it apart from Bad Romance.

Makes perfect sense to me. Like if she tried to do something similar to Bad Romance it would just be another video that doesn't like up to the original etc. Love all the pop culture allusions! I'll even look over the annoying blatant advertising.

Really? The stylist said Viktor & Rolf created the chains jumpsuit ensemble. The leopard outfit was made by Haus of Gaga.

I'm a little underwhelmed I think.

I actually think it's going to make a better video when it's edited down to the length it will be for music channels to show it. Styling's good, very stylish, but I just don't know.

For me, Bad Romance is much better video.

its a love and hate relationship with the video. well at least now we know that she doesnt have a d!ck. i hate her hair with the cans, it looks cheap. the cigarette glasses is kinda weird but in a good way, because how can her eyes stand the smokes? O_O i love it from the DINER scenes all the way to the back (minus the leopard suit scenes). i love the american 70-80s rocker scene when they are dancing. just awesome. beyonce look pretty, especially with the blue bedazzled blazer.

i think bad romance is way better.

I'm a bit disappointed in the video. The song is mediocre and thought the video would make up for it but it doesn't. And I'm surprised at how she's all of a sudden kissing girls and being nearly naked all of the time now. She was supposed to be a different brand of popstar. She was some sexual revolutionary who took off her clothes on her own terms but it really seems to have changed now.
