Leopard Prints

Kate looks gorgeous!!!!!!! janal those shoes are fabulous!!!!!!!

I truly love leopard prints! I have converse shoes and a Leopard (fake) fur!

Need some opinions.

I tried on a button-down chiffon leopard print shirt yesterday. Really soft and flowy with ruffles down the buttons. And it's chiffon, so it's very translucent. Would probably wear a brown camisole inside. Thinking of folding the long sleeves up to the elbow even.

Sounds ok?

Animal prints can be done well with with a neutralizing color anchor, such as a black, white, khaki, navy, olive, etc...

The animal print in a wardrobe ensemble should likely be the loudest element overall, then grounded with more traditional components, aside from cut and line...

Say a leopard print top piece with a black silk blazer and black silk wide leg trouser, with detailing and accessories to compliment, maybe a touch of gold in the form of a time piece or jewelry element...

Fire is safe, if you know how to play with it properly...

I chuckled that you noted the leopard fur was fake in the same sentece with Converse tennis shoes, though perhaps there are some members of descended aristocracy floating around here; it could be common to have a handed down lion throw from 100 years ago, maybe less...

Yes, I do understand there are some exotic pelts being traded today, though very illegal in the global community!

Pair your top with solids and a value, black or white and you'll be golden; say white in summer with chocolate and black in winter...

I like leopard prints but sometime it can be to much when you accesoires it, wear it and everything you have is leopard prints. But I just bought a nice bag with leopard prints one and I cant wait to get it (from ebay).

Leopard prints with burgundy is nice but with bright red can be to much for my taste. ...

those shoe LUXX are so cute! i saw some amazing prada platform sandles on the sale rack at saks the other day in leopard print pony or calf fur......

I just bought a beautifully-printed leopard coat, but it's huge and baggy. Very old. I'm having it tailoured soon. I'll only wear it with dresses (bare legs underneath, black tights) or my black skinnies. Otherwise it might just look cheap.

okay, im digging up an old thread as i am curious to know if anyone has any information as to the legality of an antique/vintage leopard coat. i found one and want to purchase it, but then i discovered the laws pertaining to the fur. does anyone own any vintage leopard? is it legal to own?
