i think many people dislike leopard print simply because of the connotations of trailer trash, tarty, unsightly women wearing in head to toe, or in awful ways, it brings with it. Personally I like it, but only in small doses, accessories mainly. I have a vintage chiffon scarf with a very pale leopard print on it that was my grandma's and I wear it tied around my waist occasionally. I bought a cotton tote bag in leopard print today aswell. . but I think it is one of these things you either love or you loathe, to each their own
I bought a pair of round toe leopard print ballet flats that I love. My clothes are pretty much all nuetrals and classics, so I like this just to change things up a bit.
^I wouldn't mind seriously....... I've always find animal prints somewhat tacky..... But lately when going to so called "punk" "underground" bar/clubs, seen lots and lots of LEOPARD print..... And it's gorgeous when worn in sheer fabrics with less vibrant orange/brown tones..... but more black and white, very slight coloring... It's breathtaking....
And I am not one to like animall prints, so that's a pleasant surprise to find me liking leopard print!
If you wear just a piece of clothing/pair of shoes/ bag and match with neutral tones, it looks great and classy. You just need to know how to wear animal print.
The second picture in post #63 looks beautiful
