I agree with you but people WANT to see pics like these. Her Playboy issue was almost the best selling issue in the history of that magazine.

Photoshop on her butt looks terrible.

And I dont want to believe about her Elizabeth Taylor movie. These books and shirts with her are proof Linday is working on it. But Im afraid it would be another fail for Lindsay and not a good point for Elizabeth.

I'm bored of the whole Marilyn look she is trying to channel in these shoots, it's just the same thing over and over again. Saying that however, the shot of her in the black dress by the swimming pool is rather beautiful.

I wish someone would help her out instead of encouraging this behaviour though.

I think it's funny that she says she wants to be taken seriously as an actress when she is constantly relying on her looks to get by. She's always pouting or being provacative and no one is taking her seriously.....

And futhermore, it's sad that she thinks she looks good and can't see that she looks like trailer trash just saying.

it's weird how everyone laments her former glory days and sees her as this tragic lost talent. to be fair, she acted in a few kiddy films - she was never oscar-worthy material, i think people like to romanticise things way too much.

^I don't think anyone thinks she's (IMO) this amazing lost talent, but the way she carries herself and presents herself lately is sad. I've personally nev thought she was that great of an actress, but once upon a time she was a pretty young girl...

She had potential.
She was in a few good films, in 2 really good ensemble casts films.
She was in great ad campaigns and was featured on many, many magazine covers and editorials.

Nothing was romanticized... at least from what I remember.

The 25-year-old actress will be featured in a new E! True Hollywood Story, airing this Monday (February 20) at 8 p.m.

“She was dealing with the break-up of her mother and father, which I think was very painful for her. She was also helping her mother raise the three other children. She was the bread winner; she was the one that was helping support her family. And then her father got into the problems he got into. It’s a lot of pressure and it’s very hard for someone at such a young age to have to deal with,” Lindsay‘s former commercial manager, Mike Heller, told E! about the mounting pressure over the past few years.

I 100% agree with the first sentence.

Yes, Linday was an "it girl", but regardless of popularity or anything else for that matter, I think it is sad to watch anyone have a downfall like she has.
