In case you are unaware a gatsby theme refers to F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel The Great Gatsby, which was actually inspired by the life and style of kate moss (kidding).

I don't think pointing out where lindsay's inspiration may have come from is dismissive she is still young and clearly draws inspiration from those she admires.

gotta b very careful with red lipstick.yeah,her make-up,lip make-up is usually very inaccurate .maybe she makes out a lot be4 going to an event?

she has said a few times that she does her own makeup. which most of the time i think looks great (especially when she does the light "natural look"), but maybe she just needs a little more help when it comes to the lipstick, because IMO that is BADDDD. Someone should have fixed it before she went out and had high resolution photos taken of her!!!

i hope someone wiped down her teeth when she got inside the event!

yes, and she invented the gatsby theme...but of course, my previous point of people thinking kate moss began any and every true interesting trend is ludicrous....yeah...
In case people were unaware, a Gatsby theme refers to the roaring twenties, the jazz age, flappers...i'm not sure how old Kate Moss is, but my guess is she wasn't around to usher in the era.

It's a kickass theme. Who doesn't want to be a flapper? I'm not quite sure why people waste their time coming into this thread simply to dismiss this young actress and flaunt their own knowledge of style (i.e. the birth of kate moss)

Ok, I'm willing to bet that she knows what a Gatsby themed party is regardless of Kate's existence. I recall Lindsay saying in an interview that "The Great Gatsby" was one of her favorite books. It was a very old article and I'm not sure she actually read it or anything, but she seemed to know about the time period. Maybe she was inspired by Kate's party, but are you really suggesting that Linds has never heard of the Gatsby theme? Seriously, do you think Linds is really stupid or something? She wouldn't have gotten so far if she were.
