Hope you had an awesome birthday Ms. Strawberry Blonde! You know that was Marilyn's original hair color? Her makeup artist was at the salon where my mom got her hair done and he saw my little sister's hair when she was 4 (she'll be 17 on weds) and was like "that is the exact color of Marilyn's real hair!" Love you skoobz, call me!

PageSix reports that the tab for the secret bash at the Polaroid Malibu beach house on Sunday night was picked up Life & Style magazine in exchange for exclusive rights to photograph the event. As the former teenager partied into the night, security chased away the paparazzi who had gathered for the occasion

oh what a coincidence. the same magazine that names her style icon gets exclusive rights to her party.That's one hell of an arrangement. It almost rivals Victoria Beckham's arrangement with OK! Magazine. Kudos to Lindsay's publicist.

With a lull in the film business as the summer holidays begin, the Hollywood stars have been getting demob happy and hitting the beach. Lindsay Lohan, for instance, bid adieu to her teenage years with a $100,000 birthday bash in Malibu.

After partying the night away on Sunday, her 20th birthday, the Mean Girls star spent the July 4 holiday lounging about in the sun. Her tresses back to their natural auburn colour, Lindsay was showing off her slender figure in an itsy bitsy leopard print bikini.

The guest list for the lavish do is said to have included Superman's girl Kate Bosworth, Nicole Richie and Courtney Love. According to reports, Woody Harrelson, Owen Wilson and Eva Mendes also turned out to see Lindsay blow out the candles on her cake. The multi-talented performer also took to the karaoke machine, at one point belting out Madonna tunes, as well as alternating with Dustin Hoffman's son Jake in the deejay's booth.

Meanwhile Hollywood beauty Kate Hudson was also chilling out by the renowned Malibu shoreline on Tuesday. The Almost Famous actress topped up her tan in a skimpy Baywatch red two-piece, then decided it was time to cool off with a swim in the turquoise waters.
